Two Challenges in One!

Today's card was made for two challenges, Seize the Birthday and ColourQ!  I loved the simple and versatile sketch and the pretty and unusual color combination.  Take a look:

And here's my card!  I love the way this one turned out!

I lightly dragged my Baja Breeze and Summer Starfruit (I didn't have More Mustard) ink pads across some First Edition Specialty DSP.  Then I stamped the swirly image from Everything Eleanor in Midnight Muse.  Some flowers from Everything Eleanor were stamped in Tangerine Tango and snipped out.  

I highlighted the middle of my flowers with my Daffodil Delight Stampin' Write Marker and some Dazzling Details.

I embossed a strip of Baja Breeze cardstock with the Lattice TIEF and layered on a piece of Tangerine Tango ribbon from the Sale-A-Bration promotion.  The background piece is from the Comfort Cafe DSP, and I love how the geometric Chevron pattern pairs with the feminine flowers.
