I just couldn't resist inking up the beautiful leaves from the French Foliage for this masculine card. My husband went on a hunting trip solo recently and got his truck stuck in a snow bank for three and a half hours before a nice man came by and helped him, so I made this card for my husband's rescuer. :)
The leaves are embossed in gold, then sponged over using the emboss resist technique in Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, and Summer Starfruit. I added two thin strips of Early Espresso cardstock to shift the focus to the leaf panel.
The simple sentiment from the Made for You set was stamped in Early Espresso. I usually love a card with lots of layers, but this one layer turned out pretty great!
See y'all tomorrow! Happy stamping!
